Seneca Rocks Regional Development Authority Holds First Meeting

The Pendleton County Economic and Community Development Authority and the Grant County Development Authority have partnered together to form a new regional joint economic development authority, the Seneca Rocks Regional Development Authority (SRRDA). The first official meeting of the SRRDA board of directors was held September 13, 2023 at the Communications Building in Petersburg under the guidance of their attorneys, Eric Gadd & Josh Jarrell, with Spilman Thomas & Battle Pllc. This new regional development authority, created under WV state code as a joint development entity, will represent both counties in the pursuit and recruitment of new businesses and economic development opportunities to the region.
